2015年3月23日至3月29日李涛、张力教授应邀赴印度新德里参加尼赫鲁大学南亚中心（the Centre for Chinese and Southeast Asian Studies, JNU，New Delhi）举办的“丝绸之路经济带和21世纪海上丝绸之路国际会议”（International Conference on “Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21^stCentury Maritime Silk Route”），李涛教授作了South Asia: Its Role in “One Belt and One Road”的发言，张力教授作了Implications of Maritime Security for China-India Strategic Mutual Trust的发言；同时两位教授还参加了尼赫鲁大学东亚中心（Centre for South Asian Studies School of International Studies，Jawaharlal Nehru University）举办的“INDIA AND ITS NEIGHBOURS:POLICY PRIORITIES FOR THE NEW GOVERNMENT”国际研讨会，分别作了Narendra Modi's Economic Diplomacy and Its Implications、BCIM Connectivity: Momentum, Emerging Issues and Governments’Leverages的发言。
