受Nature-Human Centric Peoples Movement主席Dindaya Rijal先生邀请，我所常务副所长兼中国与南盟研究中心主任李涛教授参加了于2017年1月24-25日在尼泊尔加德满都科学院举行的“第七届人民南盟会议”（Seventh Peoples SAARC Conference），来自南亚、欧洲、东亚等各国代表200多人参加会议。尼泊尔人口与环境部长Jayadev Joshi先生出席开幕式并致辞。本届会议以全球变温、气候变化和人类社会问题等为主要议题。李涛教授作为唯一的中国代表与会，并作了“中国环境保护及尼泊尔的借鉴”的发言。

The first conference was held in Sri Jaynagar India in 2008, the second conference was held in Lumbini, Nepal in 2009, the third conference was held in Dhaka Bangladesh in 2010, the fourth conference was held in Jaipur India in 2011, the fifth conference was held in Colombo Sri Lanka in 2012, the Sixth conference was held in Kathmandu Nepal in 2014. Global Warming, Climate change, Human social problems are the main focus of our discussions.
